With more than 20 years of corporate experience in finance, communication and mechanizing, Valerie's rich body of leadership experience includes nine years at middle management and eight years at executive level. These positions of increasing responsibly prepared Valerie for a successful corporate and business career. During her corporate tenure she has been pivotal in creating and implementing standard operating procedures for recruiting, appraising, measuring and rewarding performance, and developing talent.
Valerie has a wealth of experience spearheading customer retention, staff management and administrative leadership projects assessing, hiring and managing high-performance teams of 2 to 200. She has received numerous leadership awards and accolades for streamlining processes, building continuity between leaders and their teams, and increasing customer and employee retention levels into the seventy percentiles.
After several successful years in the corporate arena, utilizing every aspect of her talent as a transformational leader, Valerie founded VisionSpot Consulting, LLC, a place where visions for the future are created by teaching individuals, leaders and their teams how to turn business and personal development obstacles into opportunities. Valerie is the Author of Power your Potential Boost Camp® and a doctoral student in the (Ed.D), Education in Organizational Leadership at Pepperdine University.
